NOTICE TO OUR PATIENTS

Dr.Balchandra Dhawan will not be available from 15th September 2026 to 9th October 2026.Please schedule your appointments accordingly. We request to patients that please make sure that your medication refills are up to date.

Dr. Senthivasan will not be working on 24th August 2026. She will resume from 26th August 2026.

Dr. Shweta will not be available on 28th August 2026. Kindly schedulle your visits accordingly.

Dr.Almeida locum update- Please be informed that will will have a Nurse Practitioner locum working from 9th September till December 2026 on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All appointments will be in-person appointments

Dr.Almeida schedule- Dr.Almeida will be doing video appointments for her patients on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday from September 8th 2026
